Episode Description

Saga of the legendary American frontiersman who blazed the Wilderness Road. He was captured by Indians in 1778, but escaped, and moved to Missouri after losing his land in Kentucky. Boone became an American folk hero, thanks to the efforts of author John Filson, who wrote the story of his life.
