Episode Description

Examines the demonic abilities of Southeast Asia's most notorious serial killer Charles Sobhraj. He is suspected of nearly twenty murders and more than one hundred druggings and robberies of Western backpackers who traveled along the so called "Hippie Trail during the 1970's." Although he's only been convicted of one murder, the program includes shocking, gruesome details from taped confessions of the killings by Sobhraj himself. Known for his scams and multiple escapes from prisons throughout the world, he earned the nickname "The Serpent."
