Episode Description

As a child in his native Dublin, Ireland, Colin would stay up late with his older sister watching movies. He was mesmerized by classic films and fell in love with performing. Farrell was first introduced to North American audiences with Joel Schumacher's Tigerland, where Colin wowed critics and charmed audiences with his performance. Off screen, he became infamous in Hollywood for his hard partying and womanizing lifestyle. Over the next decade, Colin starred in big budget films such as Minority Report, Alexander, and Miami Vice, but was far more popular with critics for his roles in smaller features such as Phone Booth, Intermission, and A Home at the End of the World. The recent birth of his son has resulted in Colin moving away from his reputation as a heavy partier to focus on being a good father.
